Order Changes & Cancellations
Because our products are made to order, we start production shortly after you purchase. If you need to make a change, please email us ASAP at hello@goodnewsandco.com. We’ll do our best to help, but changes aren’t guaranteed once production begins.
Returns
We want you to absolutely love your items! If not, you can request a return within 30 days of receiving the item.

Unless an item is defective or we made a mistake, customer is responsible for return shipping.
- Clearance/Final sale items and orders placed outside of the United States cannot be returned.

Damaged or Defective Items
If something arrives damaged or incorrect, we’ve got you. Email hello@goodnewsandco.com with your order number and clear photos within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll make it right.
Refunds
