• Most orders ship within 7–10 business days.

• You’ll receive a tracking link as soon as your order is on the way.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Because our products are made to order, we start production shortly after you purchase. If you need to make a change, please email us ASAP at hello@goodnewsandco.com. We’ll do our best to help, but changes aren’t guaranteed once production begins.

Returns

We want you to absolutely love your items! If not, you can request a return within 30 days of receiving the item.

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

• To start a return, email hello@goodnewsandco.com for instructions.

• Unless an item is defective or we made a mistake, customer is responsible for return shipping.

• Clearance/Final sale items and orders placed outside of the United States cannot be returned.

Please keep in mind that your return may take several business days to reach us and an additional 3-5 business days to fully process.

Damaged or Defective Items

If something arrives damaged or incorrect, we’ve got you. Email hello@goodnewsandco.com with your order number and clear photos within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll make it right.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method. Please allow standard bank processing time for the credit to appear.

• Machine wash cold, inside-out, with like colors.
• Use mild detergent and avoid bleach.
• Tumble dry low or hang-dry for best results.
• Do not iron directly on the design.
• Do not dry clean.
